How much weight will I lose?
The amount of weight you will lose will depend on your goal and strategy. Most importantly, however, is for you to lose fat, not weight. And my methodology is focused on just that: losing fat while keeping or building muscle mass.
How long will it take to see the results?
There is no single formula that is applicable to everyone. In general, it is natural to lose 1 to 4 lb (0.5 - 2 kg) per week and preserve your muscle mass by following my weight loss strategies. For instance, if you want to lose 20 lb (8 kg) it may take you from 5 to 20 weeks. Keep in mind that this is an average projection. The amount of time a person needs to lose weight will depend on several factors: gender, age, dieting history, health, fitness strategy, body composition, and so forth.
