These terms govern your use of the Team Botezelli website and coaching programs, operated by Jose Diego Botezelli PhD Institute Inc. By booking a consultation or enrolling in a program, you agree to them.

Who we are

Diego Botezelli holds a PhD in Physiology, Endocrinology and Metabolism. He is a scientist and a nutrition and exercise coach — not a physician. He does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. He works alongside your medical team, not in place of it.

Nature of our services

Our programs deliver evidence-led education and coaching in training, nutrition, and habit change. They are not medical care and are not a substitute for advice from your doctor. Always consult a qualified physician before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you take medication or have a health condition.

Booking and cancellations

Consultations are scheduled through our own booking page at www.drbotezelli.com/book/. If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the link in your confirmation or email us. Specific notice windows are stated at the time of booking.

Programs and payment

We offer four programs: Weight Well, Lean & Strong, Elite and GLP-1 Support. Program fees, durations, and any installment options are shown on the Programs page and confirmed before you enrol. Payments are processed by MyPTHub under its own terms. Refunds: full refund within 7 days of purchase if your program has not started; once your tailored protocol is delivered and coaching begins, fees are non-refundable except for documented medical reasons, which we honour pro-rata.

Your responsibilities

Coaching works when the information you share is accurate. Tell us about injuries, conditions, and medications, and follow the guidance of your physician. You are responsible for training within your own limits.

Results

Outcomes vary from person to person and depend on factors outside our control, including adherence, genetics, and medical history. We make no guarantee of any specific result.

Intellectual property

Program materials, written content, and visuals on this site belong to Jose Diego Botezelli PhD Institute Inc. You may use them for your own coaching with us, but not republish or resell them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Jose Diego Botezelli PhD Institute Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our programs. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of British Columbia.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change.
